DESCRIPTION OF OFFER:
Senior researcher specializing in biohydrometallurgy to carry out the monitoring, management and technical execution of R&D&I projects through the application of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, consortia, etc.) for the bioleaching of metals present in different matrices (electronic waste, mining byproducts, etc.). Experience in executing R&D projects in this area at the laboratory level, both in flasks and fermenters, design of laboratory experiments, analysis of results and discussion of these. Experience in genomics and molecular biology will be an advantage.
Technical coordination capacity of consortia. Knowledge in R&D&I project management will be valued. Generation/approach of new R&D projects.
Personnel management.
Writing reports, reports and technical articles. Search for scientific and technical information. Contact with companies, Universities, Public Research Organizations.
Medium level of English is essential.
Requirements
MINIMUM STUDIES: Master's degree in biotechnology/molecular biology/chemical engineering/mining or related fields.
VALUABLE STUDIES: Doctorate in Biology, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, etc. PhD in any of the studies indicated above.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 4 years of experience in technical execution of R&D projects in the use of biohydrometallurgy for the recovery of metals present in solid matrices. Writing reports and/or scientific articles.
LANGUAGES: English (minimum B2)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Experience in applied research (industrial focus) and experience in business generation will be valued. Proposals and generation of regional, national and European R&D projects. Consortia management.
SKILLS: Personnel management, teamwork, ability to learn and adapt, results-oriented, versatility, flexibility.
