MICROBIOLOGIST / CLINICAL ANALYST FOR SANTA TECLA HOSPITAL IN TARRAGONA

Santa Tecla Hospital in Tarragona belongs to the Santa Tecla Health and Social Network, which is a group of foundations within the public health network of Catalonia. It is made up of more than 40 centers and provides assistance to a population of more than 350,000 inhabitants in the territory of Baix Penedès and Tarragonés

The Xarxa Sanitària i Social Santa Tecla has a teaching unit referring to the province of Tarragona, training specialists in Family and community Medicine and Internal Medicine, at the same time we are a reference center in practices for teaching medicine and nursing at the Rovira University i Virgili.

We need a Microbiologist to join the Santa Tecla Hospital laboratory team where they will carry out the tasks of the microbiology department:
 Organize the processing of clinical samples
 Knowledge of the technical base and operation of the equipment
 Interpretation and validation of results
 Offer diagnostic and therapeutic advice to the doctors responsible for the patients.
 Participation in hospital commissions and in the PROA teams of the Xarxa.

Requirements
 Specialist degree in Microbiology/Clinical Analysis via MIR, BIR, FIR or QUIR

 Full time: 1688 hours/years
 Specialist specialist remuneration according to the SISCAT agreement
 Hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, with the possibility of localized guards.
