Jaime Ferrán Awards

The Jaime Ferrán Awards, awarded by the Spanish Society of Microbiology (SEM) every two years, date back to 1983, when the Society decided that one of the lectures given during each national congress would be given by a young researcher. The winners are selected among the members of the SEM, with an age under 40 years and an excellent scientific trajectory in the field of microbiology. Here you can consult the bases of the year 2023.
